At present, there are a lot places can do hot springs. But some of them are fake. Not all “a puddle of water” have health effects. Minerals and specialty gases contain a certain concentration (such as carbon dioxide, hydrogen sulfide, radon, etc.), as well as a certain amount of the chemical composition (such as iron, bromine, fluorine, etc.) of the spa, these type of hot springs are healthy for human.
Hot springs the time shouldn’t be too long. Bubble time will depend on how long the water temperature. 10 to 20 minutes is appropriate, if 34 ℃ ~ 36 ℃ the time can be longer, but it is absolutely not long when the temperature too hot.
Many people believe that if have a cold, hot springs may help rehabilitation, is that right? If your cold symptoms as nasal congestion, runny, loss of appetite, hot springs do have some role in rehabilitation. But if you have fatigue, shortness of breath, fatigue easily, moving the asthma, then it is not suitable for hot springs.
Some people like hot springs after drinking alcohol, it’s not good. Because the thermal effects of hot springs will make the heart rate, blood pressure, cardiac overload, drinking too much can lead to dizziness, fall accidents. I recommend 30 minutes before meals and one hour after a meal is not suitable for hot springs.
